So if the word Coach or RV is used please under stand that it is referring to the 5th wheel trailer This 5th wheel was traded in to V2GRV, this trailer is not a repoThe person who traded it in, brought it to my lot over 1000 miles away. He used a Ford F250 Short bed with a 5.4 liter motor. It was Not a Diesel. The truck shown in the pics is NOT included, it is a Dodge 2500 Short bed truck. My Lot is small and i had no issues turning it around in my lotGENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 5 year old trailer. This outside of the trailer is probably in above avg. to nice condition when compared to other 5 yr old RVs.The inside of the trailer is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 5 yr old RVsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This is trailer approx 31 foot According to NADA. This Trailer is a 5th wheel Heartland Sundance 2900MK. Heartlad makes several models like the Big Horn , Cyclone , Big Country The Trailer has the following options/features: Elec Leveling Jacks in the front manual in the backTrail Air hitch pin box... for smooth, stable towingConverter Hitch , yes it has a rear hitch Entry Steps Electric Main Awning Stove top Microwave Oven TV Backup Camera , new owner will have to install the monitor in his/her truck This trailer was just towed approx 1000 miles with no trouble. There is a roof AC unit that works. Ducted Air The Engine is a There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 23k. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 5 year old trailer that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 5 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditionerrefrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 16 inch wheels. The tires have plenty of tread, and are currently less than 7 yrs old, so they DO NOT need to be replaced. The previous owner stated he just bought the tires in 2013. The Date Code indicated the tires were made LATE 2011. So under normal usage they should be good till 2019 The previous owner did have a "reese" style hitch installed on the rear bumper of the trailer. I asked him what he used it for, he said to tow his golf cart and trailer. This is a non factory add, with that said V2GRV cannot tell anyone its strength and abilities. I am simply relaying info to any potential buyer. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
