This RV was bought from a fellow RV dealer out of Fl. With that said it is most likely a trade in or was just sold out right to the RV dealer. I bought it at a dealer only auction 600 miles from my location. The RV dealer drove it approx 150 miles to the auction. So in the last week it safely made a 750 miles trip GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to slightly below avg condition when compared to other 8yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is this RV like many other RVs does have some delam or delamanation. The delam is mainly located between the slides on both sides The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Fleetwood American Coach Revolution RV built on a Spartan Chassis. American Coach makes other fine RVs , like the American Eagle , Tradition , Dream , and the Heritage. Fleetwood the parent company makes RVs like the Discovery , Bounder , Expedition, Providence and the Excursion The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter/ inverter rear Hitch 17k lbs capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Electric Entry Steps Patio Electric Awning Slide Topper Awnings Stove top Microwave Convection Oven Aluminum wheels 2 brand new tires already installed, buy it now price posted includes 4 rear tires Side mount radiator TV s Fiberglass roof Backup Camera This RV was just drove approx 750 miles with no trouble. There are 2 roof AC unit that work. Ducted airs Heatpumps as well There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. Please keep in mind i have disclosed some delam aka delamanation on this RV This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa 2 more on the other jack knife sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are beyond 7 yrs old and should be replaced. Min sidewall cracking is noted. The front tires are brand new. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is avg to below avg shape when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is the pin heads. The rest of the body is above avg shape The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach is approx 36 foot according to NADA. This coach is a Winnebago Brave, very similar to the Adventurer, and the Itasca Sunrise suncruiser The coach has the following options/features: Hyd Jacks Converter Hitch Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Awning Stove top Microwave Oven TVs Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 75 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is 2 overhead ACs that work. ducted air The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. The engine AC comp cycles on and off, perhaps from freon is needed The Engine is a Ford Triton V10 6.8 liter. The motor seems to run good The ford automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Marqui generator runs and makes power like it should. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 dinette sleeps 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires were made in late 2002. Currently there is some minor sidewall cracking. Since the tires are more than 7 yrs old they need replacement. The price posted includes 6 brand new tires. Any less price offered the tires are not accepted The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. This RV was traded into V2GRV. The previous owners came from Eastern Tenn area. The RV came in clean and ready for sell. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 25'6" foot According to NADA. This coach is Georgie Boy Landau 2 Slide RV built on a GM workhorse chassis The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Slide toppers Converter Hitch 3500 lbs Generator Electric Entry Steps Newer BF Goodrich tires sleeper sofaStove top Microwave Convection Oven TV Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 200 miles with no trouble. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is an over head AC roof unit. Ducted air The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. Air is in the 50 degree range The Engine is GM Chevrolet Big Block 8100 496 CI motor. The motor seems to run like it should The GM automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan generator runs like it should. It has ran for several hours under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 28k. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. The Rv currently has 2010 and 2011 BF Goodrich Tires on it. No side wall cracking is noted. Under normal usage the tires should be good thru 2017 The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units.
