2003 Nu Wa Discover America 33.5BWTG, MOVING SALE THIS TRAILER IS BUILT for full-time occupancy. It is built with a lot of real wood, not the plastics found in weekender trailers. The fixtures and furnishings are upgraded. The ceiling is high enough to have an electric fan and the rubber roof has a long service life. This one had factory refurbishing in 2014, for slide-out, the front cap, and the installation of laminate flooring. The electric brake shoe size was upgraded in 2006. ALL THE WINDOWS are efficiency coated which increases privacy, too, because of their reflectivity. The large basement storage is equipped with a slide through tray that makes the center easily accessible. Stability, when parked is assured with the six jack stabilizers. The roof ladder is removable so the rear bay window is unobstructed. There is a roll-down sun screen on the rear bay window, too. The ceiling has six vents, 4 have electric fans, 4 have rain covers, and one has a rain sensor. The pantry has slide-out shelves. THE AIR CONDITIONER doubles as a heat source because it is a heat pump. A portable gas catalytic heater with quick connect can be moved around the great room. Portable electric heaters are included. There a second refrigerator in the washer/dryer closet. There is a DirecTV dish and A receiver box, indoor/outdoor thermometer, and bed room speakers. (The CD/FM is not operational.) There is a 15-foot patio awning and an awning over the living room and dining room windows. The front storage area can convert to a generator installation. ADDITIONS INCLUDE a two-panel solar electric system with an HP-22 controller and a deep cycle marine battery. A 12V to 120V inverter is rated at 1000 Watts sine wave. (Safe for all electronics.) A full-size 6-gallon Porter compressor makes it easy to maintain tire pressures. There is an enclosure for the space under the front (around the hitch) that has never been installed. A sediment water filter is included with the water hoses. The sewer hoses can extend more than 20 feet. The 25-foot 50-amp supply cable has a 15-foot extension. (Plug adapter to 30-Amps is included.) A computer printer, two-drawer file cabinet, and A 7-foot desk are in the bay window. IT IS FURNISHED with a queen-size bed with storage beneath. Additional sleeping is available with a queen-size inflatable mattress. The closet doors are mirrored. There is a porcelain toilet. There is a double recliner facing the television. The expandable dining table has four matching chairs, two of them fold for storage. The kitchen refrigerator is gas and 120 Volt powered. There is a mobile cart in the kitchen that serves as an island. POTS AND PANS, a convection-toaster-oven, corn popper, electric mixer, waffle iron, tea kettle, jar opener, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and sundries are included. $21,900.00
