With less than 40,000 miles on it, this RV has a lot of miles left to travel. The Ambassador 40 DFT has been parked in the same direction for a little bit, so the high desert sun has taken its toll on the gel coat on the passenger side and rear of the coach. The seller reports a water leak in the vicinity of the freshwater tank, but the source has yet to be determined. And, the coach will need new tires. I keep this unit at share my coach in orange county California. They take excellent care of my motor coach, you can go to w.w.w.sharemycoach. com and key in 1845 and get a video and information there. They rent it out when I am not using it, and I get many deductions on my taxes. There is also a video at you tube by keying in BUGK6LzKaMK . the unit has 8 air bags which Holiday Rambler is know for making the ride very stable even in the wind. Need to sell my motor coach, it books out over $100,000 because of the luxury factory options, new tires in 2016, it has a 1&1/2 bath with a large shower and 3/4 sized tub, it sleeps 6 , a new sleep number queen size bed. I am showing the window sticker that has all the equipt. on it. It is currently stored in orange county ca. at share my coach. They take excellent care of it and rent out for me when I am not using it. The coach can also be seen on their web page, and plugging in 1845 in the fast find box. I am looking to get as close to the $89,000 , but will take offers. Having the coach share my coach allows me to take many tax breaks on income taxes.
