2000 Holiday Rambler Ambassador, Owned by a retired John Deere tractor mechanic and his wife, this is the nicest Diesel Pusher you will ever find at this price. This motorhome reflects the best of care and it is all there. Everything on this unit is in working order and top notch shape. It's easier to describe what is wrong because their are so few items that need addressed. The prop rods on the rear queen bed are getting weak, requiring the use of a rod to hold the bed in the open position. The slide awning spring should be tightened (slow to retract) but the awning is in great shape. The right rear wheel cover has some curb scuffs and the front of the unit has some fine gravel chips. Otherwise as perfect as you will find. The paint and stripe condition is way above average for this year. This unit is built on a ROADMASTER chassis, powered by a 260 Turbo Charged Cummins Diesel and coupled with a 4 speed overdrive Allison transmission. I am the original owner of this 1999 Holiday Rambler Navigator 42' DSS with under 17,000 miles. It is powered by a Cummins 450hp diesel engine with a 6-speed automatic Allison transmission on a Roadmaster chassis. The RV features power leveling, air suspension, tag axle, a large living room slide out, three air conditioning units, furnace, receiver hitch, satellite, slide-out storage compartments, and an Onan Quiet Diesel 10,000 generator. The drivers cab has power leather seats, power heated mirrors, backup monitor, CB radio, and an AM/FM/CD stereo. The living/kitchen area has a large slide out with a sleeper sofa, leather J-sofa, and a fold out dinette table with seating for four. There is also an entertainment center built over the cab with a Sony television, Sony stereo system, DVD player, and a VCR. Kitchen amenities include tiled flooring, solid counter tops, a double basin sink with drinking water tap, Sharp Convection oven, triple burner range top, and a four door Norcold refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The spacious bath area has a glass enclosed shower, private toilet, Splendide washer/dryer, and a vanity sink with medicine cabinet. In the master bedroom is a queen size bed, nightstands, overhead wardrobe cabinets, and a television. I am a non smoker and has never allowed smoking in my motorhome.
