GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. I bought this RV from a local new car dealer. As i understand it, they took it in on trade. The owner of the dealership recently took it to the Talledega nascar race. So in the recent months it has been over 1000 miles with no problems. The inside of the coach is in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old trailers. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 40' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Monaco Camalot 3 slide RV, built on Monaco 's own chassis Roadmaster. The Camalot is the more expensive brother to the Diplomat, and similar to the Windsor. Monaco also makes the Holiday Rambler makes the Endeavor and the Imperial The RV has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter / inverter Entry Steps electric Patio Awningslide toppers air rideair brakesengine brake Stove top pass thru storage Microwave Oven TV s This rv was just driven approx 100 miles. There is a roof AC units that works. Ducted air There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 138k. Please understand if you desire to do a trade, i generally recommend book vs book This means the rv is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roof Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the queen bed. sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires are Bridgestone 2012 tires. Under normal usage they should be good thru 2019. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain ortwo but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
