I have a friend that Is good with a welder and He has built several trailers in the past that are basically exactly identical to one you would buy at any dealer. This particular trailer he built for me to haul my Mower On and it turned out to be just a couple of inches to narrow. So I am having him just build me a different one only about 5.5 ft wide this time. This trailer is basically identical to one you would see at an Atwoods, Tractor supply, Lowes or home depot. It was actually Patterned off the Model that our local atwoods sells. From the tires to axle to dimensions. everything was done basically just like one off a dealer lot. I did however just for giggles spray paint it yellow so it definately stands out. Nothing has even been loaded on this Trailer. It has only been pulled about 10 miles from his house to mine so it is just like any Brand New Manufactured trailer you would buy at any of the big retailers. only yellow paint job. Brand new Metal Tires, Wheels Lights Wiring Harness, Safety Chains Etc. Nothing was put into making this trailer that wasnt Brand New. It has 12 inch tires a mesh floor and all working Lights and all. The only difference is it doesnt have a vin or title naturally being "Homemade". In AR as well as most states I'm Sure You simply go to your local DMV and tell them You Have a Homemade Trailer to Register. Ive done This a few times. In AR they give you tags a registration slip and a vin number is created for it right there. All you have to do from there is Get a plate engraved or engrave that Vin Number directly on the trailer. I have actually used A Petco that had a machine to engrave dog tags and Made a VIN plate that way then riveted it to the trailer. Its really simpkle Then in a few weeks you should recieve an actual title for it. From then on its just like any other trailer You could purchase anywhere. The Atwoods store it was patterned after sells them for 699.99 and i believe that is pretty much what you will pay at any other hardware farm or ranch retailer. I just need to get this one gone so I can be ready when he gets my new one built. So This is a heck of a deal. In AR it cost $46 to register a homemade trailer. But you never have to renew tags or anything. Check with your local DMV for the details in Your State.

1994 Coach House 192RL 19-foot Class B RV with Dodge 350 V8, 5.9L Gasoline engine. 103K miles, runs great. 16 MPG. Exterior and Interior is light & bright and is in beautiful shape. It has never been used by smokers either. It will be hard to find any RV in this price range with a nicer interior (or exterior for that matter). The features include: Power windows, Door Locks and Mirrors. Lighting throughout Coach. Cruise Control with Tilt Wheel. Stereo Cassette with speakers throughout. Three-way Exhaust Fan in roof. Screens and curtains for all windows. Thermostat Control Heater. AIR CONDITIONER on roof and in front-Cold and Heater is good. 2 Burner Propane Stove. Electric Hood with Fan & Light with outside venting. Refrigerator that runs on electric and propane, Stainless Steel Sink, Microwave. Ample Storage for all your cooking supplies and clothing. Shower, Toilet and Sink combination with door for privacy, built-in vacuum cleaner. Sit inside and dine with a Bistro Style Table. Cable ready hook ups. Carbon Monoxide built in, plus a smoke detector. Awning is in great shape. Also has a rack on the rear ladder for carrying folding chairs. We have driven this RV from Boston on a number of 4-6 hour journeys and have never had any problem whatsoever with the vehicle. It gets an average of 16 MPG, which is about the best you can possibly hope for in a RV. Easy to drive, and just small enough to park in a normal parking space. The previous (first) owner claimed they never used this RV for camping, only driving back and forth between Florida and Connecticut. Judging by the condition of the camper this is likely true, since nearly everything was in excellent condition and seemed generally unused. Since we purchased it, we replaced the vinyl flooring and replaced the foam in most of the cushions for the couch/bed. We used it for one year (4 trips). Tires have at least another year on them. Also included is a new spare tire which has never been used (bought 7/15), and we can include a hitch-mounted bicycle rack and hitch extension, as well as necessary accessories such as water hose, sewage hose, fire extinguisher, etc. We also have the pole for opening and closing the awning. My father is a retired RV mechanic and long-time RVer so I can assure any buyer that the vehicle has been well-maintained and inspected, properly winterized and sealed. The only known issues are as follows: there is minor damage to the driver’s side running board from minor collision by former owner (see photos). This can be replaced, and there is minimal damage to the body itself. There is also a crack in the fiberglass above the driver’s side of the cab- it is sealed and there are no leaks. Everything in perfect working order except for the hot water heater, which might need fixing- sometimes it doesn’t start and we haven’t sorted out the issue. The stereo sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, but there are nice speakers throughout the camper if you would like to replace it. The windows are noisy at high speeds and the new owner may want to replace the window seals. As you can see, I am making every effort to disclose any known issues to demonstrate that this RV truly is in excellent shape to use immediately and enjoy for a long time. Overall, this is one of the most economical and efficient small campers you’ll be able to find. We’re perfectly happy with it and are only selling because we are moving out of the country. Happy trails!

5 X 10 HEAVY DUTY MOTORCYCLE TRAILER - IT HAS A STEEL FLOOR AND HIDEAWAY RAMP. THIS IS A HEAVY DUTY TRAILER WITH LEAF SPRINGS AND 15" TIRES. - ONE LIGHT NEEDS REPLACING, THE OTHER LIGHTS UP, NOT SURE ABOUT SIGNAL LIGHTS. THE TI RES DO HAVE SOME DRY ON SIDE WALLS BUT TREAD IS GREAT. SAME STYLE WHEELS, HOWEVER, ONE IS CHROME (WITH SOME RUST), AND THE OTHER IS PAINTED WHITE. I RECENTLY TOOK THE TRAILER FROM FT. PIERCE TO LAKE WORTH TO PICK UP A MOWER AND IT TOWED GREAT. THE PLAN WAS TO CONVERT IT TO A LAWN TRAILER, BUT THAT'S GOING TO BE TOO EXPENSIVE, SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE. I AM SELLING IT WITH A BILL OF SALE AS A HOME MADE TRAILER, NOT SURE IF IT WAS FACTORY BUILT, BUT IT WAS BUILT WELL. THANKS FOR LOOKING.

Owners manual for the motor home and Onan generator service manual intact. The GMC motor home is the only motor home built by general motors fisher body division from the ground up to be used as one. It has front end drive like that of a Cadillac Eldorado and Oldsmobile Toronado of that period. All other motor homes built on a modified truck chassis There are very few left on the road. I no longer need it for travel. Great for travel with 4 kids. Projects incomplete: Upholstery, curtains, and carpet. Curtains left in place for example of original. WINTER SPECIAL!!!!SAVE OVER $500!!!! (REG. $5945) This classic woodie inspired Teardrop is the perfect little off-grid camper to enjoy the outdoors. Hand made in Utah! Using CAD software for the design and laser cut templates for precise fabrication of parts provide tight tolerances and excellent fit. Adding a couple of decades of experience in architectural design, steel fabrication and wood working ensures great quality. All trailers are build to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for construction upon clearance of payment. This basic model is a 4'x8' woodie The body is made out of birch plywood finished with a recommended 7 layers of exterior UV spar urethane. Aluminum roof with 1-1/2" insulation and aluminum trim. High quality aluminum/glass doors with opening windows, screen lock and deadbolt. Custom built steel framed galley with leak proof high quality aluminum hinge and a lockable T handle. Don't let the looks fool you. The cabin is big enough to fit a three quarter rv mattress (not included) to fit 2 adults and plenty cabinet space to pack for your next fun adventure. Wider models are available per request. I designed this trailer to be worry free and require the least maintenance so it is always ready to go. Another one has been on the road for almost 6 months cruising the states with no issues. And my first "prototype" has been uncovered under snow, rain and sunshine for over 3 years showing no problems due to humidity with minimal finish fading. The ones shown in the pictures have some upgrades which are not including on the basic model. You are getting: 4x8 cabin with 2 cabinets, a continuous shelf and 1 LED battery operated light and a roof top vent (no fan)In the back it has a half galley (as shown in the pictures) with a hydraulic opener strut. 1 storage cabinet, 2 under counter storage spaces and a LED battery operated light.Trailer tail and side lights, 2" ball hitch coupler.
