5th Wheel was driven from Montana and set up just West of the Santa Rita Mountains in Amado, Pima County (36 miles South of Tucson). Purchased from previous owners in April 2013. It has been smoke free since originally purchased. The awning works like new. All mechanical items work well including motors for slide outs. Two propane tanks are included. Extra stools are included. Indian rug is included. Queen size mattress is included. TV included. Shower works very well. Unit has not been used since April 2014. Electricity is still hooked up. Water was disconnected in May. All hoses are included including waste hose. The 32' dimension was measured from front edge to back edge not including the ladder. The 5th wheel has so much storage space - I tried showing as much as possible. The bedroom has two sliding glass mirrors for the closet. There is a fairly large dresser at the foot of the bed. It's ready to go! This 5th wheel will need to be moved by Purchaser. 10% down within 72 hours from end of auction. Unit can remain at present location for up to 45 days. Balance is due at time of Title release, cashier's check, cash or money order at that time. More pictures available if needed. Still has perpetual Montana license. If still uncertain, we're about 36 miles South of Tucson. Would provide round trip service from the Tucson airport.
