I found this RV to be in excellent shape for the year, the owners have been very good stewards. Per the seller, this Suncruiser has been maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations, and all systems are in good working order. The roof looked in great shape, and I did not find any soft spots on the floor or obvious blemishes or damage anywhere. The tires are in great shape, but they are the original tires. All manuals and records will be included with the sale. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm the unit's condition prior to purchase. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. The tires have good tread. They are brand new less 600 mile trip home. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. Couple of things to note: the back interior wall was worked on prior to my ownership the RV was last registered in NewYork With the above being said the RV is a little more rusty than some 2004 RVs.
