According to the seller, the RV is in good working condition. Did not notice any outside damage or on the roof. Inside the RV, everything looked very clean and well-maintained. Did not notice any damage to any furniture or appliances The only damage is to the black tank rinse port - a plastic fitting that can easily be ordered and replaced; otherwise, the port still functions by placing a hose directly into it. The solar panels provide enough wattage to maintain a full charge on the battery and run the entire interior except for the A/C and entertainment system. My wife and I barely used this beauty for trips close to our home in Lake Texoma, Texas. Like new condition, It is so immaculate you can still smell the new coach smell. Kept and maintained meticulously, just put a new battery and a converter ($600) One slide out makes this a super roomy coach. The tires are like new and there is 2 propane tanks. You can have the 20 ft Viper sewer hose I just bought and the water hose.There is a Sony TV and DVD player that work like a charm.The kitchen appliances have been barely used. everything works perfectly, just had it checkedTwo doors one in the back and one in the front make entry super easy, there are 3 step ladders that are close to the ground for easy access and easy foldingA roof air conditioner will keep you cool in the summer and we just used the heating unit last weekend,The queen size bed is very comfortable. There is plenty of windows with high end blinds and a skylight in the bathroomIt is easy to hook up to your pick up truck and we use a 1/2 ton
