Per the seller, this 25RB is very clean and in good condition. All of the lights and systems were turned on and appeared to function properly. The 25RB floor plan has the entry door near the rear of the camper. So when you enter, the bathroom will be to the left. That means you will have access to your bathroom while on the road with the slide closed. With two linen closets, a corner shower, and a nice vanity with a mirrored medicine cabinet for additional storage, this is not the typical camper bathroom. The kitchen will have everything you need. You have a walk-in pantry, a dual-fuel refrigerator freezer, a three-burner gas range/oven, and a microwave oven. 2007 JAYCO JAY FEATHER SPORT M-165 Camper is in great condition and is fully self-contained, ideal for developed campgrounds or dry camping in the middle of nowhere. Camper is 16.5 ft long (18 ft with tongue) with an unloaded vehicle weight of 2830 lbs (GVW 3500 lbs). Lightweight fiberglass shell; single axle. Sleeps 3 grown-ups comfortably and still has enough sleeping space for 2 more kids. I'm the second owner since 2011; original owner only used it once. I used it typically 2-3 times a year. Well taken care of and properly winterized during the cold months; everything works. All lights and water pump run on AC and DC current. It has 3-burner stove (propane), microwave oven (AC), regular range oven (propane), mid-size refrigerator (5 FT3) with built-in freezer (AC or propane), air conditioner (AC), heater/furnace (propane), and water heater (propane). Bathroom with tub-shower combo; also has outside shower. It has a 30 lbs. propane tank and space for an auxiliary battery. TV antenna with booster and cable hook-up. AM/FM stereo with CD player. Outside grill hook up. Potable water tank is 24 gals; water heater tank is 6 gals; gray water tank is 30.5 gals; black tank is 11 gals. Side awning is 10 x 6 ft. Camper is small enough to fit in tight places and easily pulled by mid-sized car, SUV or truck. Plenty of storage space for its size. 2011 Jayco Jay Feather Sport x17c , I bought this camper brand new in the summer of 2011. Very clean and very easy to tow at just under 3,000 lbs. unloaded. Hitch to bumper length is only 18ft, which makes it easy to store/park, but with the two full size beds that fold out when camping, it allows plenty of room for four adults. The dinette also makes another large bed for kids. Includes stabilizer jacks, A/C & furnace, awning, tub & shower combo, full bath, three burner stove, microwave oven, and large fridge/freezer. My family has really enjoyed this unit, and I love how little space it takes up when not in use. Plenty of headroom at 78inches, and if you are camping without sewage connection it's no problem with the large 30gal gray and 22gal black water holding tanks. Every winter I have stored this unit in a barn keeping it free of ice & snow. $8,900.00 5025725189
