GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to nice when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to nice when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. The auction i purchased it from gave it a 4 out of 5. Most of the time the auction gives items a 2 or 3. So it is unusual to see a 4, you never see a 5. Reason most auctions down grade thier numbers is to benefit the bank reps. Its easier for the bank rep to explain why the RV sold for less than what book says its worth Some people consider the diesel Super C classes as toterhomes. Reason being tight turning ablility, lots of towing capacity, and can sleep a lot of people. Please do not confuse the high quality of the Jayco Seneca with less expensive , more entry level Super C s like the Ultra, and the Endura. While there is nothing wrong with these RVs they are less expensive for a reason. Its like comparing a BMW and a Kia. Nothing wrong with a Kia, its just not a BMW Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 37 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Jayco Seneca, built on a GM C5500 chassis. Jayco makes other fine products such as the Granite RidgePlease dont get the high quality of the Jayco Seneca confused with less expensive more entry level Super C s like the Ultra , and the Endura. Nothing wrong with those RV, but they are less expensive for a reason. This is a comparable RV to the Super Nova SuperNova built on the international chassis The coach has the following options/features: Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity Generator 6000 quiet diesel 105 hours Electric Entry Steps Electric Patio Awningslide toppers Stove top Microwave Oven aluminum wheels pass thru storage sleeps 9 TV sBackup cameraThis RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. This RV is pretty easy to drive. There is 2 roof AC units that works. Ducted air LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is General GM diesel. Duramax diesel. According to the online spec sheet is makes approx 660 ft lbs of torque and 360HP The Allison automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 6k watt Onan quiet diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. approx 105 gen hours There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 89k, this does not include 6 brand new tires This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 9 as it currently sits There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. dinette sleeps 2bunks sleep 2over the cab sleeps 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. Aluminum wheels too. We drove the RV 600 miles with the tires currently on it. The tires were made early 2007. They are inexcess of 7 yrs old, which is the life of an RV tire. The price posted includes 6 brand new tires. Should the tires not be important to you, please subtract approx 2k dollars off the asking price The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. Coach has very low miles, sleeps 8, has generator, big awning and much more. Give us a call 210 520 9500 This is a well built Jayco. This company has been building quality units for years and the coachs are built to last. This unit is built on the strong Super Duty Ford chassis and is powered by the powerful Ford motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. I would drive this coach anywhere. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. The motor starts right up and has plenty of power. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards. At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV's please note that motorized RV's are built on chassis's that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV's are typically titled when the RV's mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner. Typically when vin's are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis. To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help. This is not always the case!! Some coach's chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare. Auto check and Carfax list RVs sold at auctions as "fleet" vehicle which is their terminology as in large vehicle... if you see listed as fleet it does not mean rental. This RV was bought from a very large RV dealership out of FL at a dealer only RV auction. So this particular RV is not a repo, it is a trade in. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. The stripes and such do show fair amounts of fading and cracking The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 31' foot According to NADA. This coach is a Class C Jayco Granite Ridge 3100SS RV Motorhome. Jayco makes many other quality RVs such as the Seneca HD Super C series and the Greyhawk The coach has the following options/features: Converter Hitch Generator 4k quiet Electric Entry Steps Electric Patio Awning Stove top Microwave Oven TV s Backup camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is roof AC units that works. Ducted air LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine Ford Triton V10 6.8 liter fuel injected motor. The motor runs like it should The automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 4k watt Onan quiet generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 45k. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 as it currently sits and 7 with a minor modification There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette Sleeps 2over the cab a cushion COULD be made to sleep 1 additional person. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 16 inch wheels. The rear tires were installed prior to the RV making a 600 mile trip to my location. The front tires were already 2013 date codes at the time of purchase. Under NORMAL usage tires should not be a concern till after 2020. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. Prior to my ownership, someone has bumped the back of the RV. There is a slight bend in the ladder, and the rear bumper is also slightly bent. No structure damage is seen, only minor cosmetic issues APPEAR to exist At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Mr. Landey had been a tent trailer distributor for several years when he felt he could design and produce better quality units than were currently being offered to the public. He would design units which were lightweight and offered convenient floorplans at affordable prices. He began designing and producing Palomino pop-up tent trailers in a small building in Savage, Minnesota. As demand for the Palomino grew, Mr. Landey felt it would benefit his company, Vanguard Ind., to relocate. With most manufacturers and industry suppliers located in the Elkhart, In. area the move eastward seemed logical. Vanguard Industries settled in the community of Colon in 1972. Once in Colon he began to put his plans in motion. By 1973 he had built the main production facility and within days Palomino tent trailers were rolling out the doors. In 1976, Vanguard added its own Needle Division, in 1978 its own Metal Fabrication Plant, and has several cold storage facilities. On May 27, 1992, the primary production building and offices were destroyed by fire. By late August, 1992, the first 1993 model Palomino rolled of the line in the new 52,300 sq. ft. facility, which was built on the same site as the previous building had been. The year 1998 continued to see expansion with the addition of a new 75,000 sq. ft. production facility, and another storage facility. In 2002 Vanguard was purchased by Forest River, Inc. This allowed for rapid growth and the introduction of two new towable lines of travel trailers and fifth wheels, Puma and Sabre by Palomino. In 2005, Forest River, Inc. and it's divisions were acquired by Berkshire Hathaway. Palomino RV operates as a separate division of Forest River Inc., and has grown from humble beginnings in Minnesota to one of the top 5 RV manufacturing facilities in North America.
