Nicest floor plan I have seen.Tons of cabinet storage, sleeps 6, outside hot water tap for wash rack. dual power jacks, 2 way radios Extra propane tanks, LP Onan Generator ($7000 option), Over $100,000 new, asking $45,000. Stall cam, mangers, 7’6” tall and a full 8.5 feet wide. The largest allowed on the road. Most large trailers are 8 feet wide. Email [email protected] for additional photos and info. NOT all living quarters are the same.This all aluminum trailer was custom ordered for people who were serious competitors. Power awning with cover so it never gets ruined by the sun. Tires are 110psi tires. Highest trailer rated tires and in like new condition. Every option except slideout which you do not need with this layout. Slideouts are very heavy, leak and often bind in an all aluminum trailer. I have known too many that had the slide stuck out so they can not move the trailer. Just something to go wrong is all it is. This trailer is 40 feet long. The corner of the bathroom to the bed area is 18 feet (long wall and 14 short wall), then you have another 8 feet of bed. So 26 feet (long wall) 22 feet short wall. Horse area is 17 feet long wall and 13 feet short wall. Line, insulated, rubber walls and mats. Mangers all have storage compartments with lighting. Dual batteries, large refrigerator with freezer, Entertainment system, microwave/convection oven, gas stove top, coffee maker, central vacuum system, power satellite antenaLiving quarter to horse area doorstud divider. I have owned a few living quarter trailers over the years and this one is the best I have owned in every way!!! Dividers come out easy so I have hauled mare and foal together for 1200 miles. This is why I got the remote camera so I could keep an eye on the horses from inside the truck. This 1999 Keifer Built trailer was custom made for us (original owners) for youth horse showing. It is a 2 horse, straight load, steel, bumper pull trailer with many extra features that make it very safe, functional, and easy to haul--a pleasure to use for horse and owner alike. A list of features includes: 0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false · Walk through design with extended dressing room (Access and feed your horses from the dressing room, not the windows) · Equalizing hitch upgrade; hauls beautifully (This really makes a difference!) · Steel construction for safety and durability (We heard many horror stories from vets about how little protection aluminum trailers provide your horses in an accident. Steel is safer.) · Hay feeders, drop down windows (Keep the horses comfortable and occupied with feeders and drop-down windows with sliding glass panes.) · Awning, screen door, interior and exterior lights (All these features make it more comfortable for you to use and really make a difference.) · 7’3” internal height accommodates tall horses easily · Low mileage, never driven on salted roads · Stored part time indoors, in perfect functional condition, clean and ready to go!Of note: The awning on the side of the trailer was only used twice, so its condition is unknown at this point.
