This trailer is a 2005 Keystone Outback 26RS This trailer is NOT nice, as compared to a new one or next to new, this trailer is in decent condition. It is 10 years old. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. We do try to cover everything but sometimes we may forget or make a mistake about some detail. So, please give us a call for a walk around description to ensure that we have good communications about this RV. There is a roof AC unit that XXXX. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Since we are usually selling for a very cheap price, we feel that you can do some of the TLC, repairs and cleaning yourself or pay a RV store to do so. We did NOT check the heat, the water system nor did we check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this trailer is a repo and we are selling on a no reserve, our profit will be very low, so we are NOT planning to check or go over everything. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is usually some delam or water damage. Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. Please plan on doing some work and spending some $$ and we will both be happy at the end of the day... The tires appear to have good tread on 14 inch wheels. The tires look decent, but they have 2008 date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 4 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 4 new tires for approx $240 - $400 +/-. Please consider that it is 10 years old, and has been used. This means the trailer is not new so please do not expect new, it has been used. There are no known roof leaks at this time. This trailer can sleep a total of 10. There is room for two in the front bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2 kids. The dinette converts to a bed for 2 kids. Plus 4 bunk beds in the rear. We liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! This is a used trailer. We are usually selling older decent units at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price that in some cases or often times could use some TLC. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This trailer has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory and as with most repos, the power cords can sometimes be missing. Also, the curtains are usually tattered and worn on these older units. Generally, this trailer is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own this great trailer for a very low price. This also means that there is usually some TLC needed. So, please do not expect new or perfect, please expect a good 10 year old trailer. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit.This 5th wheel is NOT a repo. V2GRV took this trailer in on trade for a diesel pusher RV The outside of the travel trailer is probably in above avg to nice condition when compared to other 4 yr old trailers. There is no known damage or similar.The inside of the trailer is probably in above avg to nice condition when compared to other 4 yr old travel trailersInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This trailer approx 34 foot According to NADA.Gross weight is approx 14500 lbs. This means most 3/4 to 1 ton full size trucks can tow this with ease. For your safety and the safety of others please review your owners manual for safe towing procedures. The person used a Dodge 2500 diesel to tow the trailer to V2GRV. The truck in the pictures is V2GRV's own 2500 dodge truck. Please note minimal squatting. The dodge truck is NOT included NADA values the Montana in the low 40s with no options added. If you are expecting a decent to nice 4 year old travel trailer that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 4 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the king bed. sofa sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. April 2015, found invoice. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. The carpet under the dinette is slight different color, so its either faded, or the carpet has been changed. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. Mr. Landey had been a tent trailer distributor for several years when he felt he could design and produce better quality units than were currently being offered to the public. He would design units which were lightweight and offered convenient floorplans at affordable prices. He began designing and producing Palomino pop-up tent trailers in a small building in Savage, Minnesota. As demand for the Palomino grew, Mr. Landey felt it would benefit his company, Vanguard Ind., to relocate. With most manufacturers and industry suppliers located in the Elkhart, In. area the move eastward seemed logical. Vanguard Industries settled in the community of Colon in 1972. Once in Colon he began to put his plans in motion. By 1973 he had built the main production facility and within days Palomino tent trailers were rolling out the doors. In 1976, Vanguard added its own Needle Division, in 1978 its own Metal Fabrication Plant, and has several cold storage facilities. On May 27, 1992, the primary production building and offices were destroyed by fire. By late August, 1992, the first 1993 model Palomino rolled of the line in the new 52,300 sq. ft. facility, which was built on the same site as the previous building had been. The year 1998 continued to see expansion with the addition of a new 75,000 sq. ft. production facility, and another storage facility. In 2002 Vanguard was purchased by Forest River, Inc. This allowed for rapid growth and the introduction of two new towable lines of travel trailers and fifth wheels, Puma and Sabre by Palomino. In 2005, Forest River, Inc. and it's divisions were acquired by Berkshire Hathaway. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV's please note that motorized RV's are built on chassis's that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV's are typically titled when the RV's mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner. Typically when vin's are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis. To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help. This is not always the case!! Some coach's chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare. Please also keep in mind that digital photography has come a long way! Ususally the pictures of the units look better than they do in person (especially exterior).
