Well maintained 35' 5th wheel with a gooseneck adapter - One owner - Never smoked in - Stored inside most of its life - Good 10 ply tires - Lots of storage, including a unique rear "garage" - Razorback fans will appreciate the huge custom made Hog sticker on the back - Electric or gas hot water - 30 amp power requirement - Extension cord included - Sewer hoses included - Water hose included.Outside shower - Brand new deep cycle battery - The interior laundry hatch to a laundry basket in the storage area is great for getting the dirty clothes out of the way - The built in retractable bike rack on back of the camper is very convenient - We hauled 4 bikes on it - There is some confusion over the model #. The sticker on the camper says 314EFS, our sales paperwork says 314BHS - Best we can tell, it is the same thing - Would not be selling except the wife wanted a bigger camper.
