Recent updates: * 4 new tires plus 2 new spares on rims (purchased June 2015). * EZ Lube axle system on this RV, bearings were re-packed this summer (August 2015). I have been the only owner, upgrades since purchasing in 2012: * Progressive Industries EMS- HW30C Electrical Management System. Best surge protector in the market to protect the RV's appliances and electrical components. * Added a 5x2 foot joey slide to the front passenger side storage compartment. This large storage slide is typically found on Class A's to maximize usable storage space. Great addition to this RV for maximizing storage. * Added 13 foot slide topper awning to the super slide. Great addition to protect the top of the super slide.
