This coach has (3) slide outs, it's only 32' long, and weighs only 8,020 pounds which is perfect for any three-quarter diesel OR gas trucks! Most of the newer 1/2 ton trucks can also pull this 5th wheel! The 29RES floor plan has a north to south walk around queen bed with wardrobes and night stands on both side along with over head cabinetry for storage. It also has a wardrobe slide on the off door side for extra storage! This 5th wheel also has a very private side aisle bathroom with a large shower with built-in seat, a foot flush toilet, a linen closet for your towels and sheets, and a sink with underneath storage with lighted medicine cabinet all in one room. Mom's really going like the bathroom in this coach! Walking down the steps to the living area you'll find a large super slide on the off door side with towards the front, a spacious kitchen with a large L-shaped counter top with a solid surface counter tops, the new style stainless steel "Farm" sink, a double door refrigerator, a pantry for food storage, a three burner cook top with oven, overhead and underneath cabinets and a built in microwave. Towards the rear of that slide is an L-shaped sofa which faces the entertainment center perfectly. Across from the L-shaped sofa on the door side is another super slide with a freestanding table with four chairs towards the front, and swivel rockers towards the rear. In the rear the coach is the rear entertainment center with built in cabinets, a large LCD TV, and an electric fireplace underneath. This is a nice coach with a lot of nice features. We purchased this RV on December 18, 2015. It came with a transferrable extended warranty and had 7 years left on it. It now has 6 years left on the warranty, which is more than a brand new travel trailer. We used it in NC for 10 months visiting with relatives and have very few problems with it. It has 3 slide-outs, 2 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom (closet and linen closet). It is very comfortable and the sofa has an air mattress for sleeping when it folds out. It has power to inflate and deflate the mattress. The awning is power-driven and was replaced this past summer. The TV is not included. We are only asking for the payoff of approximately $26,000 so the price is non-negotiable.
