The owner just replaced all tires (as of Feb 2024). There is a small soft spot inside the front door right now. It is in queue to be repaired soon. It has (3) large slides, it's only 36' long, it has the new Mega bathroom, and it weighs only 10,510lbs, and I just named a few of the features this coach has. The new High Country's are new 100" wide bodies and have the new style painted front caps. They look super nice! The 353RL floor plan again, has (3) slides. It has a King bed slide in the master bedroom with a huge double door front wardrobe which is prepped to take a side by side washer and dryer and still has room for hanging clothes. At the foot of the bed is a large dresser for extra storage and it has cabinets above the dresser with a built in LCD TV. This 5th wheel also has a super nice side aisle bathroom with solid surface counter tops, a porcelain foot flush toilet and the huge Mega shower, which is big enough for (2) people to stand in at one time! The living area in this RV has a ton of room because of the (2) opposing slides. The slide on the off door side towards the front has a full galley (kitchen) with a (3) burner cook top with stainless steel cover, a stainless steel oven, a 30" residential style stainless steel microwave oven, a large pantry for food storage and the new 22 cu ft residential French door stainless steel refer with built in ice maker! This 353RL also has a kitchen Island with a double stainless steel sink and lots of storage underneath. In the rear of the off door slide is the entertainment center which has a large LCD TV, built in cabinets and an electric fireplace below.
