Bought this thinking we would be on the road with our work next year but plans have changed so now someone else can benefit from this awesome camper as we don't have a place to store it. Just want to get our money back out. Interior is in "Like New" (never used condition). Stickers still on the stove/cook-top and plastic wrap still on the mattress etc. The roof has seen some minor hail damage including a broken skylight/vent window over the bathroom that is sealed off with a metal plate, a couple of broken running lights and some sun fading on the front decals but as far as we know all systems are in excellent working condition. Includes $600.00 tow stabilizer kit and multi-ball hitch, 2 propane tanks, quick start septic tank kit and hoses etc. This is a very complete set-up with a great floor plan layout. Queen bed slide out, step tub, built in leveling legs, cable ready etc. Please note some photos are stock images from dealers and internet but this unit is just as clean and new inside as shown!!!! Tows super easily behind our 1500 suburban but we never did get a chance to camp in it. Slides: 1 Sleeps: 6 according to manufacturer specs but that seems a little optimistic. It is really about perfect for two people in total comfort plus a kid or two. We are the second owners and there have never been pets or smoking inside, in fact it is doubtful as to whether the original owner ever even had it out of the driveway! Overflow family slept in it a couple of times during holiday visits. It is truly a great camping trailer, but our family priorities have changed unexpectedly this fall, and it needs to find a new home. This 2012 Keystone Outback 230RS has been stored in a climate controlled indoor warehouse in Orlando, Florida since purchased, and is for sale by the original owner. It has only been used for a total of SIX local trips in Central Florida for a grand total 18 (eighteen) days of outdoor use. It is in "as new" condition. We have no children still at home, and the camper has only been use my wife and I a few times. Notes on the condition of this Keystone Outback 230RS: - Toy hauler "garage" was never used for anything but extra clothes storage and to hold a lawn chair and spare cooler - Only the king size slide bed was used. The bunks in the garage, the sofabed and the dinette bed were never used. - The stove and the oven have never been used - This trailer still has the original load of propane gas in its twin tanks from the dealer - The outdoor kitchen with stove and hot and cold running water sink was never used.
