THIS TOY HAULER IS SO AWESOME! It has a 10 ft long dedicated garage, but is ONLY 32 ft LONG! In the garage there are great storage cabinets. You can easily use the garage as extra living and sleeping space, because it has 2 queen sized electric beds, and the bottom bed folds into 2 couches. One couch faces in and the other out, so you can open the tail gate, and enjoy the outdoors. The garage also has nice windows, so it is light and bright. The whole trailer is so beautiful with modern decor, and rich warm wood tones throughout. The living space has lots of windows to let in more natural light. The living space is wonderful with a large U-shapped sectional couch that has a removable dining table in front of it, so you can convert it to easy dining space. Across from the couch is a nice FLAT SCREEN TV, this makes it much easier to enjoy a movie while on vacation. The kitchen is great! There is lots of counterspace, and great storage space, including a nice pantry area. The kitchen is fully equipped with large double door fridge/freezer, double sink, 3-burner stove/oven, and microwave. The master bedroom is very nice with a walk around queen bed, 2 closets, and a nice bank of drawers. The bathroom vanity has tons of counterspace and storage. The shower and commode are all in one private room. This is nice because one person can brush their teeth at the vanity while another can take a private shower. This fifth wheel is very open and spacious. In addition to the GENERATOR with only 18 HOURS, there is also a FUEL STATION! So you can dry camp for a long time with ease! It has 2 air-conditioners and furnace. This trailer is a FOUR SEASONS INSULATED RV, meaning it is ready for the very cold or very hot weather, and will keep you comfortable. Also this fifth wheel has an ALL ALUMINUM FRAME! So it is lighter and more impervious. There is great outdoor storage. It has a great indoor/outdoor stereo system. 2007 Keystone Raptor 299MP, also called a 299rp, I can't see any difference in these models. Selling our 2007 Raptor 5th wheel toyhauler. It has a slideout for the dinette. It has an enclosed 10.5 foot seperate garage. Queen bed up front. It has all the normal options: refer, A/C, stereo, DVD, awning, full bath etc. It has an upgraded flat screen, in the dinette area and another flat screen in the bedroom. We upgraded the suspension and customized the bedroom, to give you more room. Onan 5500 generator and fuel station. The trailer is in excellent condition and ready to go today. empty weight is 10,200 and is easily towed with a 3/4 ton pickup. We just had the roof, wheel bearings and generator serviced. 2008 Keystone Raptor 299MP, Original Owner, roof has never leaked, everything works...frig, A/c, generator. Approx. 2,000 hours on Cummins Gen, Sony flat screen in kitchen/living room, DVD, Auto Dish Sattelite, LG flat screens in garage area and master bedroom, Delta faucets added in both sinks and shower. Plenty of tread left on tires (only 2 years old) Stickers removed along with all adhesive. Very clean inside and out. The ONLY thing that I know is wrong with it...2 of the 4 springs that help assist lowering rear ramp door are broken. Still opens and closes fine with no issues. Queen bunk beds in garage area that raise up and down with electric motor, queen bed in master bed is a pillow top home type mattress. Garage in back is 10'. Very clean and very well maintained. $22,900.00 dropped price to $20,900
