Perfect set up for you to add your own touches! This four seasons travel trailer is priced to sell with all reasonable offer considered. We have had this perfect RV for about 2 years now and it has suited us very well, but as our life situation has changed, we are no longer able to keep it. Here are a few updates that have been made to accommodate your personal touches: - cabinets in the main living and bedroom areas have all been primed, painted and sealed with Annie Sloan chalk paint to make the space more open and inviting. - all stock cornices were removed to bring in more light and regular curtains can be hung -all stock furniture, ie couch and dinette have been removed so the space is totally open for personal furniture, like recliners, office desks, or anything you can imagine.-all lightbulbs have been switched to LED for safety and efficiency It is perfect for a family with the bunkhouse allowing for at least 2 children to sleep, with space for one more. It also has an accordion door installed to help with bedtimes and privacy in the rear. All main items of the trailer are fully functional. Water heater, furnace, slide outs and AC all work great. We have had no issues with water damage, no signs of leaking roof and the tires have hardly any miles on them. Also, the pictures do not show them, but we also still have the factory mattress pads for the queen bed as well as the bunks. Also, two cub couches that came with the RV. All of which are in excellent condition. here are some other features: - electric stabilizer jacks-electric tongue jack-fully functional outdoor kitchen with mini fridge -outdoor shower -large awning-bathtubThis will also be sold with a surge protector and plug adapters.
