A beautiful, lightly used unit in Excellent Condition. Includes custom built deck/stairs w/railing. This deck (see pictures) can be disassembled in sections and can be placed lying flat within the hugh storage area leaving lots of open storage left over. Three (3) slideouts, 1 air conditioner with ducting, Remote control leveling jacks, Two (2) flat screen TV's, Fireplace. My wife and I are the 2nd owner. We purchased the fifth-wheel in May 2014 from a Kitzmiller RV in Lansing Michigan. Kitzmiller sold the unit new and then took it back on trade when the original owners traded it in. We had it delivered to an RV park in Leelanau county Michigan and lived in it this summer. We intended it to be our retirement home. We decided that we did not want to be full time RV'ers and are buying a home. The RV is currently set up at the Wild Cherry Resort near Suttons Bay Michigan. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'.
