ARIZONA IS WAITING FOR YOU TO SHOW UP IN THIS....Super nice and affordable 30' 5th trailer with a 14' pop-out...lots of room, and very comfortable. I had a little work done on the furnace a couple of years ago and the mobile repair-man said that he had the exact same model. He said that it is one of the best insulated and constructed 5th wheels in the industry. Super reliable. Functionally, this Trailer is sound and ready to go again. Time has taken away a little of its cosmetic beauty. But is still pretty nice! The follow describes what is available: A programable thermostat so you can turn the temperature down when you leave for a while and cut back on the amount of propane you use. The large refrigerator freezer is both electric or gas...works great, and has plenty of room. The large over-the-counter microwave is less about a year old and leaves you with plenty of counter space. The 3 burner stove is also propane. Works great, just some cosmetic scars.The kitchen sets to the back of the trailer and has lots of storage and 2 sinks. The couch in the living room folds out into a double bed and there is a matching swivel chair. The trailer came with a table & 4 chairs for the dinning room. Since I didn't need the table and 4 chairs I put them in storage and used that space as an office (seen in the photo). While in storage the table was damaged and will need to be replaced. The 4 chairs were also damaged but can be restored.There is also a large bathroom and step in shower and vanity. The bedroom has a large closet and a comfortable queen-size bed in the overhead; which is also spacious. AIR CONDITIONING & A GREAT FURNACE! Tires are in good shape and ready to roll...There is a large awning; but I've never used it; so the awning itself will likely need to be replaced; but the structure is in good shape. Whether you using it for vacation travel or a year-round living space, this is a VERY comfortable trailer. The 5th wheel may be viewed at the IDAHO COWBOY SUPPLY lot in Caldwell, Idaho beginning the week of August 16th. I'm moving to Baker City, Oregon, but am only an hour and a half away.
