Northwood Manufacturing produces some of the finest and best-built four-seasons RVs on the market, many people full-time in them. I bought this Silver Fox edition 26X brand new and kept it covered/garaged when not in use. It has no sun damage or fading. I have all the original documents, manuals, and a clear title. This travel trailer has typical Northwood features plus some extras: solid wood cabinets, extra large heated holding tanks, residential kitchen faucet, porcelain toilet, queen size bed, private entrance door to the bedroom, enclosed underbelly, black water flush, Northwood off-road rated frame, premium dual-powered appliances, jacknife sofa, large propane tanks, power front jack, 16 inch aluminum wheels, pre-wired for solar and satellite, and a custom aft platform suitable for carrying a generator or motorcycle (I've carried both). The Equal-I-Zer brand hitch will be included in the sale. I maintain my equipment very carefully. I installed a TrailAir equalizer kit which contains rubber damped spring equalizers, heavy duty shackles, and heavy duty greaseable shackle bolts. The Michelin XPS Rib tires show virtually no wear and their carrying capacity far exceeds the weight of the trailer. This is a very robust RV and chassis. The interior diagram that I included is a file photo, my trailer has a dinette option instead of the depicted table/chairs. The fiberglass exterior front window cover has two small corner cracks and the front exterior light (by the hitch) doesn't work. Other than those two items, this trailer is like-new. This RV would be great for family vacations, base-camp for hunting, or semi-permanent living. It will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

This is a very robust RV and chassis. The interior diagram that I included is a file photo, my trailer has a dinette option instead of the depicted table/chairs. The fiberglass exterior front window cover has two small bottom-corner cracks that have been stop-drilled and the front exterior light (by the hitch) doesn't work. Other than those two items, this trailer is like-new. This trailer has had no damage, no blown tires, no warrantee work. It would be great for family vacations, base-camp for hunting, or semi-permanent living. It will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Weights/capacities: GVWR = 10,800. Empty weight = approx. 6800. Black water = 44. Gray water = 25+35=60. Fresh water = 77.
