Really nice Fifth Wheel that is in great condition and everything works. Roof is good with no leaks and the tires still have plenty of mileage and years to go. If you like to cook, you will appreciate the large kitchen island, double door freezer/fridge, oven, three burner stove, microwave, and lots of storage. Like to cook outside then the Exterior kitchen is a plus. Drinks and snacks can be kept there so the kids aren't constantly running inside. Two ducted A/C units and heating keep you comfortable in all weather conditions. This 5th wheel is ready to go and has room for the whole family with sleeping for 11 people. This is a one-owner fifth wheel! Reason for selling is not using.

The only problem with the RV is that the sofa is leatherette, which is peeling. The seller keeps a cover over it. The roof is in good shape with no signs of leaks. The awnings are in good condition. The tires are in good shape but may need to be replaced soon.
