This RV is in Great condition and well maintained. It is a rear living room with two slides, the refrigerator and water heater are both gas or electric. The bedroom has a queen size bed with closets on each side, storage above and access to the bathroom from both the bedroom and main cabin. The full bath has a shower sink and toilet. The furnace and cook top are gas and the a/c is electric with a 30amp service. It comes with an electric jack and manual stabilizers with strong arm supports. The awning is electric and in great shape as well. The kitchen has ample pantry space located between the dining table and chairs and the kitchen island with its stainless sink and is also equipped with a microwave. The couch makes into a bed with an air mattress and the living room also has two swivel rocking chairs.

Selling my 2011 PJ 16' landscaping trailer with a dovetail to a good home. I've had a lot of long days pulling this trailer behind me and it has treated me really well. I just put new shoes on her all the way around so her rubber won't let you down anytime soon as long as you treat her with respect. The jack has also recently been replaced because she started to get a little sticky, the new one is nice and smooth won't have any problems here either. I'm really not wanting to sell it, but need the cash. Don't come at me with a low ball offer, only interested in the real deal cash offering. I do not want anything you have to trade, unless it's cash, I'll gladly trade you 1500 1 dollar bills for the trailer.
