The exterior is in good condition with no noticeable dings, dents, or scratches. In the interior, the leather couches are in excellent shape. There is a small tear in the vinyl from one of the slide-outs. The bathroom and bedroom doors are peeling and need to be refinished. See photos. The interior is in excellent condition and reflects the light use of this RV. Dinette sleeper shows no wear. There is some minor chipping of finish on the edge of the bathroom door. See picture. The exterior is in good condition and was free of any noticeable dings, dents, or scratches. On the rear edge corner of the roof, the rubber trim has lifted a bit on both sides likely due to the sun. For sale is a brand new 6x12 utility trailer. It has 3500lb axles, 15" wheels and tires, 4' gate, 3" Channel for tongue. It has 5 D-rings welded on it for tie downs, 4' gate, and a 2" ball coupler. This trailer has a very heavy duty floor. The wood is called Apitong and it is used as flooring in semi trailers and it is secured into every cross member with heavy duty screws. This trailer was professionally built, and was sandblasted and got 2 coats of primer before the final red polyurethane mixed with a paint hardener was applied. This thing will never rust. All parts are brand new, and this trailer is ready to go. Asking 1450.00 or best offer.
