This is a very clean motor home (no smokers) which has primarily been used for winter trips to Florida. The unit comes with 1.5 years remaining on a transferable extended warranty. The complete rear suspension has been rebuilt with stronger control arms, air bags and new shocks rear and front. Six Firestone tires were new 9/2013. There are 4 brand new (January/2017) coach batteries. The steering box is a new assembly as is the hydraulic leveling pump/tank and valve assembly. Slide out covers have been replaced and are in fair condition. Unit is fitted with a Cummins 300 hp motor and Allison 5 speed transmission. 8000 series Onan generator. Two air conditioners Two flat screen,digital color TVs with front one mounted on articulating arm so as to position for easy viewing from two recliner chairs with hassocks.
