It was at a dealer location for show for several years before they actually sold it. We have been the only owner and have used it maybe 3-4 times on camping trips. I have a title, and everything is in tip top shape, I have broken it in for you, which is good because some of the little things that happen when you take it out the first time were fixed by the dealer under warranty. I have not had any problems with it, except there is a hole in one of the bed canopies where a mouse chewed through one winter. I keep it outside with decon in it, but one happened to get to the canopy. I have patched the canopy and used it once since in the hard rain, and all is well. I am really selling this cheap, because I paid much more for it. Tires and all are good. Propane tank has very little use on it. On board 12v battery system runs off the car when hooked so you can run your fridge and such. Here are the specs. Just text me if you want to come take a look.
