1996 Beaver Patriot Yorktown 40' Luxury Motor Coach The Beaver Motor Coach Company spent over 30 years building a Class A Coach with unmatched quality and luxury. Workmanship is impeccable and the attention to detail is remarkable. As you step into this coach, you will notice the superb taste Beaver is known for; the wood, fabrics, hand-rubbed cabinets, tile. Luxury aside, it is also a very sensible coach with plenty of storage, both inside and out. Inside, are large cedar-lined wardrobes and roomy pantires and cabinets, tile floors, solid wood cabinets, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, mw/convection oven, roomy refrigerator, large split bathroom, king bed, vanity, and much more. Outside are the heated, insulated and virtually unobstructed basement storage. The floorplan is well designed with a spacious galley, living area, and even dining table that expands for four. My parents purchased this coach in 2003 when they were 70 years old (this was their 4th motorhome) and this coach was six years old and had 34000 miles. [They had purchased it from a gentleman in Texarkana who was buying a bigger (42') coach. My dad did not want slides as it was just my mom and he traveling and he felt that slides were just something else that can break (his words). ] It has been stored the entire time in their enclosed motor home garage with slab floor and 220 wiring. They traveled in it to the Grand Canyon once, and to several horse shows and area lakes/camping areas. My mom passed away in February and my dad does not want to travel in it without her. So I am offering it for sale on my dad's behalf. Everything on it operates properly, it has never been smoked in, and is truly immaculate. Mileage is original and generator hours are 275. Generator slides out of front nose of coach with the push of a button.
