For sale is a well maintained 2000 Holiday Rambler Alumascape 31SKS with a front Queen sized bed, 2 rear bunks, a dinette and a jackknife sofa that convert to a bed. Can sleep 6 adults or 2 adults and 6 children. This travel trailer comes with the following special features and is set up for dry camping. 4- Interstate 6 volt golf cart batteries (2 house & 2 for the inverter for the 32” HD TV) 1- 120 watt Kyocera roof mounted solar panel with a Blue Sky charge controller 1-Trimetric Battery Meter (house battery only) lets you know how much power is coming in, going out and left in the house battery (wiring still in place for a wind generator we used one season) 1-Marine battery isolator. House battery bank charges first, once full, power is diverted to Aux(TV) battery bank. A rear mounted diamond plate generator box. Fits an All Power (KIPOR) 2000 watt generator (not included, but available at additional cost, used) 4- solar flood lights that mount on outside of trailer 1-32" LED HD 12 volt TV with inverter for satellite receiver (not included) 1-Manual Slide out awning Reese weight distribution hitch. See the factory installed options on the build sheet photo. The following is a list of items that have been replaced or repaired over the years. Wheel bearings and brakes serviced 5/12. All roof vents re-calked 9/12. New fold out tristep entry step replaced 9/11. New porcelain toilet installed 7/10. New refrigerator cooling unit installed 7/09. New 13500 BTU air conditioner installed 6/08. This camper is in better condition than most campers half its age. With options this camper new was almost $40,000.00 The only item in need of repair is the awning, though it can still be used the spring is broken and the awning has to be rolled up by hand. We hardly ever used the awning so we didn’t see the need to repair it. The reason we are selling our trail is that we have a Truck camper too. I like the truck camper and my wife likes the travel trailer, we have decided to sell both and buy a larger truck camper with a slide out. Would consider a trade for a Truck camper with a slide out and a dry bath to fit a long bed truck. Would consider a Lance, Host, Eagle or Arctic Fox of comparable value.
