Heat,42,000 BTU furnace and 15,000 BTU low profile A/C are ducted the same as your home. Includes a 12 gallon gas/electric water heater and a 50 Amp electrical service. Torque thermopane windows for more comfort. The ventilation has a Fan-Tastic fan with rain sensor and wall switch and a Fan-Tastic fan in the bath/bed room. Front loading clothes washer. Plenty of cupboard space through out the unit. Exterior has several smaller storage spaces along with the larger compartment which has a slide out tray for ease in finding things and works from both sides of the unit. Roof rack and ladder for more storage. The ride of this unit is enhanced by the Trailair extended pin hitch, it eliminates most of the roughness of the roads. There are four hydraulic jacks for stabilizing and leveling. Each slide has an A & E awning. The dinette slide-out has a new A & E patio awning which was replaced this Spring.
