On top is not just an AC but a Carrier Heat Pump that provides 15k BTU of cooling and 11.6k of heating that keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. There is also an internal 5,600 BTU Heat Strip as a backup heat source plus the 16k BTU factory electric ignition automatic furnace. Stereo with speakers inside and out. 3 Way Frig, Indoor 2 Burner cooktop with Outdoor factory 2 burner Propane stove.
