Like New Forest River Rockwood UltraLite with large slideout! Has only been used once a year. ALWAYS stored inside and winterized. Pulls very easy behind 1/2 ton without any stabilizers. This is my dream camper but selling because I built a cabin and no longer need it. I've owned quite a few campers but this one by far exceeded the others in quality, tow ability, and functionality. Has power awning, outdoor grille never used, power hitch jack, premium sport alloy wheels, XM satellite radio, indoor outdoor entertainment system, flat screen tv with digital receiver, pull out couch with built in air mattress and pump, hinged quick drop dining table/bed, stove and oven never used, spacious bathroom and shower with skylight, spacious master bedroom with heated mattress, and loaded to the gills with premium quality cabinets. I just put on 6 brand new heavier duty wheels and 6 new G-rated tires. I spent $2400 in the rubber alone. This camper is in great condition and has all the basic options as well as many others. It has hydraulic front leveling legs, much faster then the usual electric ones. Full size fridge with freezer and ice maker. 32 flat screen TV in living room and 19 in bedroom. Auto find Wineguard satellite antenna, just park push the button and it does all the work of searching for the satellites. 5.5 KW Onan Generator. Fuel tank to fill your toys. WASHER/DRYER in the 12' garage. Roll down rear screen in garage. Beaver tail storage compartments. Pass thru storage up front. Central Vac system. There is also Slide out awnings on all 3 slide outs :) Surround sound in living room, garage has 2 speakers and there are also 2 outside the coach. 2 years ago when pulling into a campground we rubbed a tree limb which knocked off the ladder attachment on the roof and ruffled the edge of the roof. I had it professionally fixed and we've never had any water issues. If one wanted they could put another ladder attachment on to use the ladder, as I still have the ladder, but I never saw any real point in it. There are other small cosmetic things that are normal wear and tear of a 3 year old coach, but overall, this is a great rig! If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.
