2006 Coachman Spirit of America 29BTSPLEASE NOTE SLIDE IS ONLY PARTIALLY OPEN BECAUSE OF WHERE CAMPER IS PARKED. THERE IS A FENCE RESTRICTING THE SLIDE FROM GOING OUT ANOTHER 2' AT LEAST!Hi everyone, we have decided to sell our beloved Coachman Spirit of America 29ft camper. It is located in Champaign Illinois blocks from I57/I72/I74 interstates for easy viewing. The camper has been in storage and now it's back in our house it will get fully cleaned but it's still a bit cold right now. It features 2 30lb propane tanks and a new deep cycle Interstate battery. Our main draw to this camper is that it has a rear door for loading and unloading/bunkhouse area. We use this area for our coolers equipment and mountain bikes. We only camp sites that have good riding trails so at the time this seemed like the perfect rig for us.We have since realized we need a bit bigger camper for longer excursions and more livable room. This camper has had 2 local owners and has always been garaged and was barely used prior to last year when we bought it from the original owner. We tow this camper with a 1500 1/2 ton truck and even a mid sized SUV (2003 Dodge Durango) and the camper itself pulls amazingly well. Neither vehicle has any problem pulling it anywhere we have taken it. The Bunckhouse is again the main reason we purchased this rig, we mainly use the area for storage on our trips but it has come in handy with relitaves/friends staying with us last minute/unexpected at campsites. The bottom bunk is a real full size bed and the upper is a single/twin size that a full size adult can sleep comfortably in while a couple can sleep below on the full bed. In the morning, fold the beds up to the wall and your ready to go! The roomy table makes into a bed for two and the full size couch is a "jack knife" that makes into a nice full size bed. The entertainment center boasts a new (2015) Samsung 27" LED Smart TV and a Samsung digital surround sound blu ray 3D system that is integrated into the built in in ceiling surround sound speakers and dual subwoofers in the cabinets below the TV for a true Home Theater experience anywhere you choose to camp!Microwave and oven have had little use and are like new. The fridge is a nice size with above freezer and works on electric or propane.The bathroom has a full sized shower and nice vanity. I'm 6'1" and can shower comfortably. The bedroom is roomy for a 29' camper with walk around real QUEEN size bed! Lots of storage above and under the bed that connects to the outside pass through storage in the front of the unit. Selling my like-new 2012 Jayco Jayfeather X17Z. Everything works great, like new condition everywhere. Vinyl in great condition, screens in great condition. We bought this trailer used in March 2015 and have probably used it 10 times total since then. It fits our family of five plus our loyal dog just fine on camping trips - we just don't use it as much as we had hoped now that kid activities are taking over. Listed as sleeping 6-8; I think 8 is a stretch but suppose it could be done with small children. Six is more realistic. This unit has the bigger, roof-mounted air conditioner and it works like a champ. Furnace puts out a great amount of heat as well - we have camped at around 30 degF successfully. Water heater works perfectly. Cloth surfaces on furniture padding are in excellent condition. The beds that fold out are very comfortable, and we're picky about mattresses. It has indoor speakers and a radio/CD player that works great and the antenna/tuner pulls in stations pretty far away. The awning works great and can be easily operated by one person. Stove, oven, microwave, toilet, shower, etc. all in perfect condition. Also has an exterior shower. I've been pulling this trailer with a V6 SUV successfully at interstate speeds - it really is ultralite. I have a sway bar ball on the hitch and I'll include that in the sale as well, of course. Spare tire included along with whatever propane is left in the tank. This camper has been very gently used and I'd love to see it go to a family that will really fully use it. We are non-smokers as were the previous owners.

THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS RV. We purchased this RV in 2008 for $42,000 and have used it mainly in the winter months to go to warmer climates. We have maintained trailer so it is in really good condition. This is also a smoke-free, no pet RV. New air conditioning unit was installed about 3 years ago because of hail damage to the unit. Exterior of trailer is fiberglass so no hail damage to roof or siding. Also 2 years ago hot water heater went out so we had a new one installed. Couch folds out for a queen size bed. It had a built in air mattress which did not last even 2 years. I would never recommend this type of mattress because with the opening and closing of the bed they seem to have a problem with leaks springing up. We bought a queen blow up air mattress which fits perfect on the frame and works out well which is included and the air pump as well. We have extra jacks that will be included with RV to help stabilize the unit. Also included are the water hoses, sewer hose as well as other sewer supplies for backwashing tanks. We also have a nice set of patio lights ($100) that we will include. Also included is a mattress pad and set of sheets for the king size bed. Trailer length is rated 32', but is actually 35' overall. It has quite a bit of storage all over with 2 closets across the front end of trailer. Refrigerator is gas or electric operated. All three slides are electric. There are 2 - 30 gallon propane tanks with trailer. This is a pick-up only sale. $500 down payment is due within 48 hours of purchase and remainder is due within 7 days by a certified bank check or cash at time of buyer coming to get unit.
