LAZY DAZE has been building custom ordered Class C motorhomes since 1956! They are highly rated and known for their solid, quality construction and workmanship. There is well over a year's wait for purchasing a new Lazy Daze. I know. I am selling this Lazy Daze because I have a new one on order. This well-maintained RV is being sold by the original owner (no pets or smoking). Maintenance records and manuals available. Chassis is Ford 450, V-10 Super Duty with ABS brakes, PS, CC. It has LED rear lights and many other features. Mileage of 99,200 is mainly highway. Has 7 (seven) newer Michelin LT225/75R16 tires: 5 (five) 2015 and 2 (two) 2016. Spark plugs and chassis battery replaced in 2015. Roof was re-sealed by Lazy Daze in 2015. Awning is encased. Toilet is brand new. Kitchen has two-door Refrigerator/Freezer, 3-Burner Range with Oven, and Microwave. Large pantry was custom built by Amish cabinet maker. There are 7 (seven) seat belts, a CB, AM-FM Stereo. Lots of storage inside and in outside bins. The 2 (two) sofas in the back, surrounded by large-thermal pane-wrap-around-windows, convert into either 2 (two) twin-beds or a king-size bed. Over the cab makes into a queen-size bed. A great RV for boondockers, hunters, and families, and those who want to explore National Parks where the sites and roads were designed for short RVs. Two (2) 100 watt solar panels and AGM Dual Lifeline 60 Volt Batteries provide enough power to run the lights, furnace blower, water pump, cooling Fantastic Fan, and a TV without a shore connection. If you need more power for the AC, microwave, coffee pot, etc., just push a button to start the 4 KW Onan gas generator. Exterior holding tanks are insulated. 1999 Winnebago Eurovan Camper Rialta RIALTA, I purchased my Rialta FD Twin last April for a cross-country road trip and it performed exceptionally well, almost flawlessly, in my three month 12,000 mile adventure through 19 states, averaging 14.8 mpg. No breakdowns, not even a flat tire. I would take it on the road tomorrow for the same trip without a worry. NO GENERATOR I bought my Rialta with a non-working Generac generator, and after significant efforts and expense failed to get it running properly. It has been removed and sold for parts. I bought a new Honda 2000 generator for my trip, tucked it neatly behind the passenger seat, and only used it 5 times for the rear air conditioner on my trip. I just changed oil and filters. Previous full lube and synthetic oil and oil filter and transmission fluid changed 9/2014. Tune-up in 6/2014, and brakes and all systems thoroughly checked at that time. A number of belts and hoses were replaced. New emergency brake cables. The previous owner had replaced ignition wires just before I purchased it. Cab air conditioner and heat working perfectly, along with the overhead air flow to the rear, but the dashboard control broke at the end of trip. Airflow can be directed to the defroster and floor but not out of the dash. I understand its about a $200 part and pretty easy to install. There is one cracked tail light but it is secured, stable and fully operational. Im told its about $100 part. The tires are in fair condition, but should be replaced before another long trip. The coach (roof) air conditioner works beautifully, but because there is no generator the Honda generator must be used to operate when boondocking, or get power from a shore line. Same story for the microwave. The fridge worked perfectly on propane, battery or shore power last summer. The gas range works perfectly. The rear heater works perfectly as well. The bathroom and shower system work perfectly. The two coach batteries were purchased last July and are in excellent condition. I purchased a 1500 watt (3000 peak) inverter that served me well on the trip and is included. I purchased high-quality Kenwood in-dash stereo last July and had Sirius/XM installed. Propane tank is in good condition. There are some stains on the carpet in front of the fridge but Ive had a carpet laid over them. There are no other major signs of interior wear. The driver and passenger seats are extremely comfortable leather. The mattresses are very comfortable. There is a TV but I have never used it. $21,000.00 9083100934
