This fifth wheel has been perfect for our family of 5. Plans changed unexpectedly and we cannot use it like we had hoped. It has tons of upgrades! It is in near perfect shape, owners have a touch of OCD :-) It has been towed only 3 times, and still has the "new car smell".Upgraded full-sized refrigerator, which is a must! Sleeps 9 plus it also has 4 recliners. 5 slides, dual axle, queen sized master bed with storage underneath, new HE WASHER and DRYER, all LED lighting. Also has an EXTERIOR KITCHEN that includes sink, microwave, refrigerator, storage, and grill. The bunk house has 3 bunks with a leather love seat that pulls out into a memory foam full-sized bed. There is an identical love seat in the living room also (as well as 4 recliners with cupholders). They have storage underneath! Two 15,000 BTU duo-therm dometic AC units, ELECTRIC FIREPLACE that provides awesome heat, 35,000 BTU furnace, gas/electric 10 gallon water heater, LARGE SHOWER with oxygenics shower head, CENTRAL VACUUM, and custom STONE BACKSPLASH. No leaks! STORAGE, STORAGE, STORAGE. Automatic awning, front hydraulic jacks, individualized slide controls, upgraded insulation (we wintered in the cold NC mountains and stayed so cozy), tank heaters, completely enclosed under-belly (lots of storage too). Custom made heat blocking window screens that lower temp in summers by 10 degrees or more. Fantastic fan in bathroom roof vent. As you can see, this unit has tons of upgrades. Note: Mattresses are not included. This is because we have severe allergy issues with chronic hives and we have to buy super expensive mattresses, so I cannot afford to include them.
