The seller stated that no major repairs had been performed on the RV. As per the seller's statement, all the systems are working correctly. Rv has new tires that have only been used for 300 miles. They are just broken in. The roof was recently resealed. The generator has 2281.1 hours on it. New batteries and new blower. It had the tires replaced in 2023. A new starting battery in 2024. House batteries were updated in 2023. The exterior paint looks good. Interior rugs need to be cleaned. Driver and passenger seats have some flaking and appear dirty. The seller reports all systems to be working.
