We had oil changed half way through trip.New radiator 2012, new toilet and kitchen facet 2013.New floor in bedroom vinyl tiles.2 new batteries and new alternator Sept 2014. My husband just used it for a week so is in good running condition.We drove 3500 miles for 9 weeks last year covering 11 states without any problems . We live in Hawaii and couldn't get back this year to use it.. Sleeps 5-6 people 2 single beds in master bedroom. 2 folding couches make into beds in dining and lounge area . We left everything in it for 5 people as that is the size of our family.It has towels, beach towels plates ,cutlery,sheets, camping chairs, mini camping grill.Comes with everything in it.The roof and windows have all been corked in the last week to winterize it from the rain.The tow hitch in the photograph is not included.Things that don't work.1) Hydraulic Levers we put wood under wheels to level.2) Hydraulic step we pulled in and out manually very easy.3) Drivers cab a/c and fans in dash.4) One cover is are missing for the dining room bench. We have put sheets over them. It has an retractable awning no rips. Sorry didn't think to photograph last year.Old tv in between passenger and drivers seat dash does work we have cable for it.Everything is sold As is no warranty. It worked last year stove microwave ,shower, back air conditioners. Air conditioner in front cab did not work.We never needed heating so didn't try that as we went to hot states.It is registered till May 2015.Stored near Seattle Washington State.Must drive to pick it up.Deposit due within 48 hours of end of auction.$1000 non refundable.
