1989 Kitco Road Ranger 25 ft RV Travel Trailer

Description We recently sold our SUV and no longer own a vehicle to tow the camper. We bought it last July and have only used it a handful of times since. It was parked on the grid in our driveway, so we can confirm all of the electrics work including all the lights and refrigerator. We haven't personally used the propane features inside it, but were told they were all in working condition when we purchased it off Ebay last summer. Additionally, we did purchase a brand new deep cell battery for backup electricity which will be included with the purchase. The previous owner had resealed the top when he winterized it. We can confirm it is road worthy as we took it out a few times for day trips (towed using a GMC Envoy SUV), we just never bothered hooking anything besides the electric up because we never stayed overnight. Furniture is all in good condition (no stains or tears). The couch fabric matches the dining set (the photos show it covered with a blanket, but that was just our personal preference for esthetics). Finishes are as pictured - in good condition, but older and dated with it being manufactured in 1989. There are no leaks structurally (again, we never did hook the water back up). It does have some discoloration on the wall in the shower stall from previous owners using the shower, but he had fixed that and we have never had any issues. The tires are in great condition and it has just been sitting in our yard since last Fall. The only thing we are aware of that would need replacing is the metal stairs that attach (about a $90 investment), however we do have a set of portable stairs that work just as well (also included in the sale). We have the full documentation and service history for it. Note: The photographs were taken this past February when we had initially considered selling it. Since then, we have cleaned up the interior, so please disregard any of the items laying around. Terms - Sale is final.
