I am selling this for my dad and I am not an expert on RV's so I will tell you all I know and If what you'd like to know isn't answered here please email me and I will try to help you as best as I can. This is a 2009 Sunseeker by Forest River 30 foot motorhome. It was bought used by my dad. It currently has 20703 miles on it and is in excellent shape. The outside has several scratches on the rear right fender that really aren't that noticeable. The electric step to the door doesn't work as well but I'm told is an easy fix. From what I can tell, that is all that is wrong with it. All maintenance has been kept up to date. In july of 2014 it had new tires and batteries put in as well as a new toilet installed. Mechanically it runs fine and most of the time was not used for an RV (meaning when my dad travelled with it half the time he stayed in a hotel.) So while the beds and appliances have been used...they have been barely used.
