Pretty nice unit for the year and the millage...2005 @ 85000 miles. Also the differential ratio is 373 I believe so the millage is the same as the stock Ford van and that millage on a regular van would be considered low especially if it took 10 years to get it there. Years will kill a vehicle as quick as miles and lack of use. In any case, judge for yourself. The inside is like new and the outside is average. Apparently they drove it a lot and used it a little. The generator was used a lot apparently to run the air conditioner because they were both replace with new units recently. I haven't driven it except to bring it home and made one trip to the shop. What I had done was...service the transmission and the differential with the good stuff. What I did myself was to service the engine with synthetic oil and all filters oil and air. All fluids except the brake fluid. I put on new wheel simulators, new monroe shocks (the best they had), anything that was needed on the outside or inside. New lighting, new sink faucets (just to improve the function), new cab floor mats, etc. The inside is really nice...for the bride. It's less than 22', weighs less that 9000 lbs, will carry 1700 lbs, pulls 5000 lbs, and gets in the 14 MPG range so I was told. I believe it. It's small enough to go almost anywhere your extra cab pick up will go. Ford E350 with the V10 produces 305 HP for the year. It runs like new. The tires are 2012 and have traveled very little. They are BF Goodrich Commercial T/A. The spare is a new looking Michelin and mounted underneath. The underside is pretty much like new and drips nothing. Ready to travel for the year. The foam mattress on the couch in the photo is new (I bought it) and it sleeps pretty good for what it is. I slept there one night just to find out! The foam is not hiding anything. The two windows have awnings but there is not the usual long awning on the side. Coach smells good inside. It's got pretty much everything one needs for a trip. I've had three motor homes so I should know something. Name is Walt. Number is 386-963-2611. North Florida...a Florida vehicle. I told you pretty much the way it is. If you show up here and don't think so, you don't own it. Best I can do. God bless
