MAIN FEATURES TO NOTE: One owner, purchased new in 2011. It has only been used a total of about 15 nights, and is in essentially new condition. Evergreen trailers are ALL COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION, and this model is 1200-1400 pounds LIGHTER than other brands with the same length and features. It has two important upgrades that make it a great value. First, I have just replaced the original mattress with a new queen-sized Beautyrest (cost $500). Second, I replaced the original 6-gallon water heater with a very high quality Precision Temp 32,000 BTU propane-fired on-demand water heater (cost $1,200). You now have unlimited hot water! OTHER IMPORTANT FEATURES: Comes with a load-leveling, anti-sway hitch (cost $700) and two brand new deep-cycle batteries. My total investment in this unit and the upgrades is over $27,000. It has been stored indoors each winter and has been extremely well taken care of on every level. Ducted central heat and AC, fully enclosed and heated underbelly if you want to use this in colder weather.
