2001 Maverick 31ft Motor Home manufactured by Georgie Boy (Coachmen). Excellent condition. Beautiful inside and out. Runs and looks like new. All appliances (furnace, A/C, huge floor to ceiling refrigerator/ freezer, gas stove, oven, built in microwave, hot water heater, and etc.) work great and have been used within the past year. All windows fully tinted. Nice flat screen T.V. Queen walk around bed, sleeper sofa, dinette, double bed over cab. Sleeps 8. Glass enclosed stand alone shower separate from bath room. Plenty of hang-up clothes closet space and dresser drawers. Large awning, loads of undercarriage space. Absolutely no leaks. Spare tire, Huge V-10 engine, built on Ford E-450 chassis. Gets about 11 miles per gallon. Only 54,600 miles. Fully equipped (cruise control, tilt wheel, etc.). All tires like new, Factory installed generator, permanent tire air extensions on rear wheels. Virginia Inspection good thru the end of July 2014. Working rear view camera. Electric step,Towing package, hitch haul included. Winterized this past season. Clear title. We paid $20,000 (including $1,000 dealer preparation fee) from Rivers RV in Jacksonville, FL in May 2013. Drove home to Virginia. My wife passed away in January 2014.
