This is a motor home that is in good condition. The cabinets are in good condition and it has more storage than my house! The bedroom has 3 closets and 5 drawers; There are cabinets over the kitchen stove and sink as well as at the bottom and overhead storage above and below the couch and table. The table pulls out into a bed; there is a queen size bed in the bedroom and the couch also pulls out into a bed thus sleeping 6 comfortably. It also includes overhead compartments above the driver's seat and passenger seat. The wood on the cabinets are a beautiful oak wood ( I think it is oak; you can tell in the pics ), but they are in good shape. It has a shower indoors as well as outdoors. It has automatic steps that open and close when door is open or shut; this motor home is great on gas. It only cost me $400 to drive it back from Florida and It was almost on empty when I filled it up. It is very comfortable when driving; I love this motor home, but it is no use having one if you don't have time to use it. The stove uses propane and has a microwave above that uses electricity; this motor home has full electric hookup. It has a shower and toilet with sink and cabinets as well; a full refrigerator and freezer above the fridge. You will enjoy it! This is a cash settlement when buyer picks it up. Buyer must have cash in hand when buying it. Buyer may look at it with no obligation to buy. I am not the original owner; I bought it from an individual in Florida who took wonderful care of it. I have found no leaks and it rained heavily on the way back from Florida. I stayed overnight in a Walmart parking lot where it was storming and had no leaks through the windows or the roof. There are no dents in it on outside or inside that I know of, but remember, this is a 1995 motor home. It IS NOT new; don't expect it to look brand new, although it is close to it on the inside. The outside shows some worn paint and cracks in the paint. It is the usual for it's age. Thank you looking and have a blessed day!
