This RV was the Overland show bus at the Dallas RV show in February 2000 and we purchased it at that time. It contains plenty of extras listed below. We have owned it since February 2000 and purchased it as our portable family vacation home. It was a great way to travel with our children over the years who were 5 and 2 years old at the time of purchase. Now they are in college and soon to be so we won't need such a large RV any more. We only used it for our annual 2-3 week vacation every August so the RV has had less than one year of continuous use. It has been professional maintained and serviced. The RV is in great condition overall. New tires were purchased and have less than 1000 miles on them. All the electronics, such as the TVs and stereo systems, are the original ones that came with the RV with the exception of a DVD player that we replaced for the original VHS player. There are a few cosmetic flaws, traveling with small children had left it's mark on the carpet among other things which will also be listed below. Central Vacuum needs to be repaired. Cosmetic Defects Carpet has stains. Corian kitchen sink has stains. Scuffs in exterior paint along some of the bottom edges of the RV. Left Rear Corner of the RV scrapped from hitting the gate. White plastic fixtures have yellowed. Areas of the kitchen tile grout have darkened from drink spills.
