Listed here is a very rare & hard to find floor plan! My wife searched all over NC to find this floor plan in a camper and to no avail! We actually had to travel to Georgia to purchase this camper! This camper has an insane amount of storage and open space, closest thing to this is a 5th wheel or a toy hauler as the average camper/travel trailer can't touch this kind of floor plan! We have camped for 7-10 days and had enough room and storage space for 2 adults and 4 kids without going to Walmart... the area in the back has been our children's favorite space! On rainy camp days or just exhausted from the lake, you can play games on the floor or bunk up and chill and watch tv. The kitchen table converts to a queen size bed and the couch folds down as well. The couch is free standing and folds into a small bed, with storage drawer below. The master bed has storage underneath and the tv can be watched in the bed or turned around to the living area! The radio system has a DVD player and has speakers inside and outside of the camper! Most all of the lights have been changed to LED so they do not heat it up in the summer! The kitchen is fully functional & everything works PERFECTLY! The reason(s) we are selling this awesome living space, is that 2 of our kids are older now and just have more "important" things to do. And my wife wants a beach property. Again, you find similar plans and " bunk house" editions... but one with a double slide that is a full size living area is quite the find!With dual air conditioners and propane tanks included. I changed the tires to load rated tires for better wear and performance that have 90% tread life left and spare tire included.
