2004 Teton 39.5' Grand Freedom 3-Axel Reason for sale - A Full Time Move to my houseboat on the Suwannee River. I purchased the unit from a friend in July of 2011. The exterior has one small paint scrape on the front cap. All systems are in working order. There is the normal ware and tare caused by age and careful living of the original owner and myself. Please look at pictures for details. A non-smoking rule was enforced by the original owner and myself - an oxygen user. There are to many optional items to list. From all water pipes being heat taped with the Arctic Pack to a new king size "Sleep Number" mattress that was added in 2011 and much more. We purchased this unit new and it has never been titled. It has the master bedroom up front w/separate entrance, rear living room w/separate entrance It has ample lighting outside w/LP gas hookup for the optional outdoor grill (included, used 1 time) It also has an outdoor shower. The interior has vinyl in the galley area, hallway and bathroom. The rest is beige carpet, which is in really nice condition. The kitchen has a bar with 2 bar stools, a fold down dining table which makes into a bed, as well as 2 comfortable swivel chairs and a fold out couch, which sleeps 2 people. The windows seal tightly for winter and A/C weather w/matching curtains and day/night shades. The counter area has ample cabinet space under and over as well as a hard cover for the sink and 3 burner stove. The stove, microwave and oven are in pristine condition and don't show much use. We opted for the gas/electric water heater. So, when you're in a park you can save your propane supply. This unit has the heated tanks as part of the Arctic package. So, you can travel up north without fear of freezing the tanks. Also, the galley holding tank is separate from the bathroom holding tank, all monitored by tank level sensors. It also includes a factory installed water filtration system w/replaceable filters. The entertainment center consists of cd/dvd/mp3/TV and surround sound throughout the camper, including a TV stand and jack in the bedroom. The bathroom is large with 2 full doors, an angled shower area w/skylight, as well as 2 closets and laundry hamper. In the bedroom you will find 2 closets, reading lights, roof vent, heated mattress, TV stand, surround sound speakers, the outside door and a door to the bathroom. This unit was used very little and is like new inside. The outside is showing some shrinkage in the decals a little fade in the paint. I replaced all 4 tires about 2 years ago, as 3 of them separated within a week of each other. I am willing to deliver this at no charge for up to 150 miles. We are located in N. Fla.
