I bought it a while back to use for track days and family camping trips and I just don't have as much time for it as I had hoped. As you can see from the pictures it is still in use and has everything needed to go on vacation. I liked this model because it didn't have the slide outs but it had all of the other options that I wanted. I have had slideouts in the past and they are nothing but trouble unless you are constantly maintaining them. This RV has a genrac generator which runs every accessory, central heat and AC, artic packs (keeps the fluid filled tanks from freezing in the winter), hot water heater, awning, hydraulic levelers, rear view camera, and so much more. I have every manual for everything in the RV so there is no guess work if you don't know how to use something. Mechanically the vehicle is in great shape, it shifts through the gears beautifully, the engine is smooth, and all of the drive accessories work correctly accept for the speedometer (odometer works perfectly). I installed an upgraded stereo with Bluetooth so you can play music from your phone while it is in your pocket which is a great feature. The roof is in great shape and everything is solid. There is a ton of storage under the RV as well as in the cabin. I took this to a nascar race this past week and it handled 3 friends and I without a problem without any hook ups. I have a lot of new stuff for it since I obviously intended on using it more. I replaced all of the batteries and did a major service on the generator. The only thing the RV needs is to have a crack in the windshield repaired. A rock hit it a few weeks ago and I just haven't had a chance to do anything about it yet. I know just about anything you need to know about this rig so if you have a question please don't hesitate to ask. Non-Residents are not subject to the NJ Sales Tax. 9) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. 10) Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified in the auction. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 5-21 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination.
