1985 Fleetwood Jamboree 23 FT Class C Motorhome. Low mileage at 50929. Chevy chassis, V8, 5.7 liter engine, automatic. Bought locally in 2007 with mileage at that time 48,516. A definite RV project with most of the interior original. Engine runs. There is an intermittent fuel flow problem which prevents dependable driving. Roof leaks in back of coach over sleeping area. Vent over sleep area needs to be replaced. Mattress in back sleeping area will need to be replaced due to water damage. The cover to mattress is on in photos, however, the actual mattress (Tempur-pedic) is horribly stained due to water damage. Leak runs down into storage closet just ahead of sleeping area. Ceiling throughout is starting to loosen and has detached in some areas. Bath has shower, commode and sink, mirrored storage/med cabinet above sink, needs new fasteners. Storage cabinet under sink. Storage closet with drawers below. Kitchen area consists of double sink, microwave, and range. Storage areas below sink and below range. Cabinets above. Refrigerator needs to be replaced (strong ammonia smell inside). Dinette area converts to bed sleeping 1 adult comfortably, possibly 2 children. Captain chair across from dinette area and directly behind passenger side of driving area. Main driving area has two upholstered chairs with armrests. Kenwood radio/cassette with removable front. Sun visors both sides. Area above driver and passenger seats slides out for additional sleeping area, locks into place when closed. Sleeps 2 comfortably. Upholstered mattresses for sleeping (one has large whole approx. 3" in diameter, looks like a burn?). Entrance door has one step down to outside manual slide out step. Manual retractable awning over door side of coach. Decent shape, few holes up toward coach edge. Tires are aging, spare on holder back of coach is flat. ONAN Emerald generator, needs tune-up. Interior has been smoke-free since 2007. Original manuals for coach and generator included. Virginia State Inspection is good through August 2014. Local pickup only at buyers expense, would recommend towing. THIS COACH IS BEING SOLD AS IS SO PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS! Serious Bidders only, please. Thanks for looking.
